a. The Chairperson serves as the team leader of a Society and its associated mentors.
b. The Chairperson acts as the primary point of contact with Student Affairs.
c. The Chairperson is responsible for all activities and events of their respective society.
d. Upon finalization of an event plan, the Chairperson must submit the Event Requisition to Student Affairs via email.
e. An individual may serve as Chairperson for only one society at any given time.
f. The Chairperson must compile a detailed report on each mentor's contributions to society events by the end of the academic year and submit it to Student Affairs via email.
